When you contract with Store-All or any other warehousing / transport company, your contractual terms will be decided by certain National and International Conventions.

When business is transacted with Store-All, liability for loss or damage to stock while in warehousing or during transit is limited strictly in accordance with the following Conditions of Transport and Warehousing. These Conditions are in keeping with those produced by the Irish Road Haulage Association (IRHA) of which we are members.

It is often thought that the contractual and legal responsibility of the warehousekeeper or carrier provides full compensation for goods lost or damaged while in their care. This is completely untrue and could result in you being unable to recover all or part or any of your loss.
It is essential therefore that your goods are fully insured with your own Insurer against all material loss.
